this is a ramones song i was never familiar with until u2 started playing an abbreviated, stripped down version of it in 2001. they played it with just an acoustic guitar and a very melancholy vocal delivery from bono.

i saw the ramones sing this back in the early 80's in milwaukee wisconsin. seems like a lifetime ago!
